ARMY RESERVE AND LOC PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS SIGN
EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Plymouth, MI (April 14, 2010) -- Loc Performance Products, Inc., has signed an Employer Partnership Agreement with the Reserve Components of the United States Army.
The Army Reserve created the Employer Partnership Initiative to facilitate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with employers
and associations. Army Reserve members are well trained in a variety of skills critical to maintaining not only the strength and agility
of our nation, but also the many industries that form the backbone of the American economy. As a military supplier, Loc is uniquely suited
to employ soldiers of the National Guard and Reserve and dedicated to assisting veterans in their search for civilian careers.
The agreement was signed at Loc Performance Products by Major General Paul E. Crandall, Commander of the 416th Theater Engineer Command
and Victor V. Vojcek, Loc’s Chief Executive Officer and founder.
“It is an honor to host this event today and to pledge our support for those soldiers we employ and seek to employ,” said Vojcek.
Loc Performance Products was founded in Taylor, Michigan, in 1971. Loc is a full service manufacturer of CNC machined gear components
and assemblies used for military and commercial applications. Loc was recently awarded a $1.5M grant from the State of Michigan to transfer
its core technology of providing reliable, complex geared drive systems for harsh combat vehicle environments into equally superior solutions
for the wind turbine industry."
